I was looking for a place with living room seating for my whole group including the family we were in town to visit, and this home delivered. It's on a busy street, but the large back yard is lovely and there are no rear neighbors. Ample parking, with space to turn around before pulling onto the street. Although not wheelchair accessible because of the short staircase down to the living room, it's otherwise on one level with no porch stairs, which was good for my guests with mobility issues. The home was really good and accommodating for the 4 of us to use as our base for our golf trip. Short drive to downtown. Everything went well, we enjoyed our stay.
