  • Relax with the whole family at this beautiful midcentury home. This split-level home can accommodate all your needs with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Sleep well on multiple King sized beds. Relax in the furnished sunroom. Large backyard with swing set. Go for walks in this safe and quiet neighborhood. Located between I-40 and downtown making it easy to access all the city has to offer.

    *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their
    facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days, using their 7-Day Free Pass. They have
    multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Durham and Chapel Hill.

    The welcome manual will be provided for you in the kitchen upon your arrival which includes Wi-Fi Info, House Tips, local restaurant recommendations, and discounts.

    This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Often you will see families with children walking or biking the streets. Perfect for going running.

Graduation visit

We loved this house! The bedrooms are awesome, the hang out areas, there are lots, are spread out and so nice. The house was so well stocked I. The kitchen and with blankets and towels! Lots of board games to choose from and the location was perfect for what we needed!

No air the whole stay

We were excited about our weekend going to the UNC game with college friends. We arrived and there was no air. Two techs came out and couldn’t fix it. We ultimately had to leave a day early since we had kids under two and could not sleep in the heat. We had to basically beg for our nights to be comped from the owner. The owner is definitely a salesman and was telling us anything but when it was going to be fixed. Basically a disaster. If the air is fixed and you do not have to deal with the owner - it is a great location and a nice house.
