Space for Everyone:
Enjoy the uniqueness of renting both sides of an L-shaped duplex, ensuring private and exclusive access to all amenities, including contemporary furnishings and decor, cozy rooms with king-sized beds, private outdoor relaxation areas, and two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances. The property also boasts a fire pit area, corn hole, and ample parking for up to 6 cars.

Traveling with small kids:
We have a high chair, pack n play (please bring your own sheets) and kids cups, plates and utensils for your use. They are in the B Unit.

Traveling with Dogs:
We will consider up to 2 dogs for a refundable $250 pet fee. Please tell us about your pups to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

With a combined space of 1900 sq ft, each unit offers separate living areas, allowing large groups to gather while also enjoying separate spaces. Unit A features a Raleigh-inspired design with an airy kitchen/living area, and Unit B boasts NC State inspiration with a dedicated dining kitchen leading to a fenced-in outdoor deck.

Fully Stocked Kitchens and Dining:
Enjoy meals in two distinct settings, each equipped with everything you need for effortless dining.

Comfortable Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Rest easy in our well-appointed bedrooms with brand new mattresses and refresh in updated bathrooms stocked with essentials and plush towels.

Outdoor Living:
Grill your favorites, relax by the fire pit, or get competitive with a game of corn hole. The property's fenced-in area offers a tranquil spot to unwind.

Parking:
Off street parking for up to 6 cars in our private lot in front of the home on our property.
