TWO OTHER BED ROOMS with QUEEN BEDS, large bath and walk in closets, Additional LOFT with a large DAY BED and TRUNDLE all rooms have access to the restrooms and a half restroom at the entry level. minutes away from well known hotels like Marriot, courtyard, Residence Inn, Hilton, double tree suites and many others also five minutes away from the South point mall and all the known restaurants American and other international restaurant chains as well, Minutes away from INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ( RDU ), RTP DUKE, UNC CHAPEL HILL, NCU, down town area of Durham and Raleigh. Excellent location near Southpoint Mall. Very accommodating and responsive host. Loved the little personal touches such as the welcome sign with my name on it! Exceeded our expectations. Quiet community with a pool that was just a 2 minute walk from the home. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay! Home is even nicer than pictures. The master bedroom has a separate key code to enter and Samuel was prompt in getting back to us with any questions during our stay. Would recommend and happily stay here again! ##### Jared L. Our whole experience was wonderful! The pictures don’t do this brand new property justice. It’s exquisitely appointed, and Samuel was super generous in what he stocked available for us to use. The perfect comfortable retreat. And in a really nice new development conveniently located within a short drive to restaurants and stores. Thank you, Samuel! The property is very spacious. I only stayed with my adult son, but there is comfortable accommodations for a much larger group. Very well appointed and comfortable furnishing. There is everything you need to cook a meal, from pots and pans to air fryer and tea kettle. The home was clean, cozy and in a nice area. The host response time was not as prompt as we would have liked, but he did respond and there was nothing we needed asap. We would book this place again. FYI the master bed room bed is nice and comfy and our kids said the trundle beds were comfy as well, ##### jay p.
