I messaged the manager because we were counting on those items given we traveled with formal attire for a wedding, and he never responded. I messaged him 4 times without response throughout the stay. We left a refillable k cup coffee despenser because we perfer our oun type of coffee, also bought 1 cookie sheet to bake garlic toast. Main issue we had was millipedes were very active in the house and someones dog left their business in the drive way and back patio. Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Myeisha M. 23 May 2023 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication #### Something new each day Communication skills are poor and I’ll tell you since it’s not listed ;the garage in the back is not only a business (Learned this on day two when I saw a strange person walk through the backyard to open the gate )but someone lives there and we saw that person every single day not to mention closing the gate for safety for the kids didn’t help because the gate would be open by the person living in the back to welcome there work deliveries as well as his guest .( Also disturbed twice to move our cars to accommodate him)I saw at least five different women walk through the yard and one of those ladies kid (about 8 years old)walked in to the kitchen while we were having lunch she just walked right through the door and to top it all off on Mother’s Day morning while we were trying to enjoy mimosas we had a bug come out of the ice machine into my Mamosa . Major safety issues.Moms woke up from nightmares that her kids would be kidnapped, lil cousin (8 yrs old paranoid while roasting marshmallows that the guy in the back would come and get him) that he had to come stay at my apartment one night . When I found this place I was excited as it’s not too far from my apartment and it would allow for families to come and visit at close proximity after this experience sad to say I probably won’t be using this property anymore. ##### Myeisha M.
