Property manager was great to work with. Place was a central locale to all our needs.

Very unsanitary

This property needs to be removed from the list to be able to stay in. This property is a converted low income housing unit. Pretty much every piece of furniture in the house is falling apart. They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me some of my money back for the week.

The amount of space in the apartment was comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling, so I slept well overall. The large number of towels was appreciated. And, having a nice clothes washing machine and dryer was helpful. However, this unit is in a fourplex and the neighbor right below smokes a lot of cigarettes, so the unit smells like cigarette smoke plus the artificial deodorizer that I think the property manager is using to try to cover up the smell of the smoke. For anyone who is even a little sensitive to smoke and fragrances, this unit is not a good choice - it smelled very strange. Plus, the unit has not been cleaned well for a long time. Everything felt grimy. The blinds and vents were covered in dust and dirt. I don't think the floor has been mopped in months. The furniture is all super cheap quality and covered in scratches. The bathmat was so old, worn-out, and questionable I put it outside and used a hand towel on the floor instead. The walls also need to be painted. There were food crumbs left in the fridge and on the floor and their were a number of insects on the counter.
