Brand-New Construction, Duke RTP
New Construction with three Bed Rooms and fourth a loft with a day bed and Trundle all rooms have full bath.
Only minutes from International Airport, (RDU), RTP, Duke UNC Chapel Hill, NCU, Downtown Raleigh,
and
minute away from well known hotels like Marriott courtyard, Residence Inn, Hilton double tree suites and many others also five minutes away from the South Point Mall and all resturants and minutes away to access the HWY 1-40, 54,55,540, 1-85 and several other Hwy’s.
Total three fully furnished Bed Rooms out of which two Master Bed Rooms and a third Bed Room and fourth a Loft with a Day Bed and Trundle. ( total occupancy can be 8 or more...)
Minimum 4 guest, additional guest will be charged $30/- each per day.
Ground floor:( First floor)
...an open floor with living room furnished with leather Sofa (3 seater) and leather love seater, and leather recliner, fire place, large TV, spacious kitchen with all upgraded appliances like microwave, cooking range, large refrigerator with freezer separate cabinets, luxuary utensils all brand new, coffee and coffee makers (both K-cups and filter) cookers (rice,vegetables and meat) patio with charcoal grill, tons of cooking vessels, tea kettle and dinning area that accommodates eight dinners and breakfast area with granite counter top and more.... and a half bath.
Second floor:
one Master Bed Room, walk in closet, restroom with two washing area, closet and shower cabin with adjustable shower. (shampoo conditioner, liquid soap available), work station table, large TV bucket roof and wooden floor.
Laundry Room with a top quality washer and dryer.
(Washing detergent provided)
Second Bed Room with work station table and walk in closet and full bath.
Loft with a Day Bed and Trundle...large window with bench to sit and relax.( two persons can sleep in Loft).
Third floor:
one Master Bed Room with walk in closet, work station table, computer, large TV, bucket roof, large window with bench to sit and relax and full bath.
The third floor is available when there is more than four guest. If less than five guest still need access to the third floor an additional one time charge of $70/- will be charged toward cleaning and setting of the third floor.
Parking: two owners parking marked 1007 and other four parking available to park during day till 7:00pm

We loved loved loved this location. Everything was perfect two out of the three nights, but on the third day the air conditioning stopped working. The thermostat was set for 71 and the central air unit was on however, the cold air never came out of the vents in the house, began to heat up during the day. It was an uncomfortable 90 inside the house. Other than that, the stay there was perfect.
