The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was accessible and easy to communicate with. I would consider staying there again if I were traveling to the Durham area.

We were not given checkout details or a book at the house. Told coffee grounds was here and there was none. Container was empty. Four people stayed and I had listed all of and only had two bath towels. Garbage was in master bath from last persons visit, also no extra toilet paper in masters. Smoke detector in master bedroom was not attached and found in a drawer. Dead bugs hanging in the one corner of dining room. Otherwise , the house is remodel and very nice. The host is quick to respond until Sunday morning we got no directions for checkout.
