Soak in the sun as you enjoy the water views to Fraser Island from the deck of this bright, comfortable holiday unit. Situated high on Rainbow Beach's premier street, it is just a 10 minute walk downhill to the main shops, restaurants and the extensive sandy beach.

* Master bedroom with queen bed and shower ensuite * Open kitchen, lounge and dining area with airconditioning * Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave * Living area with TV and DVD player * North-east facing balcony with gas bbq, outdoor seating and ocean views

* Two bedrooms with one queen and two single beds * Bathroom with shower * Laundry with top load washing machine, ironing board and iron

* WiFi * Ceiling fans throughout * Single lock up garage * Off street parking * Fenced courtyard * Pet friendly for outside pets only. Maximum two pets.
Sleeps six in a two x queen size bed and two x single beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
