Your own private access to the rear covered deck and views to the Carlo Sand Blow. \* Two additional carpeted bedrooms with built-ins, and separate access to front deck. \* Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. \* Ducted air-conditioning throughout upstairs. Downstairs boasts: \* Open plan, tiled self-contained accommodation with separate entrance. \* Full kitchen. \* Third bathroom and toilet plus a laundry. \* Separate air conditioning that services downstairs space \* Tandem carport ideal for your boat or additional cars. \* Large inground pool with shade sail cover as well as a large adjoining alfresco pergola area for you to enjoy a bbq. Sleeps twelve (maximum of eight adults please) in one x king sized bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds upstairs plus three x single beds and three x single bunk beds downstairs. Note - Room 3 (upstairs) has two x single beds that can be put together to form a king size bed.
