"It was a nice hotel. We got what we expected with a clean room and a hotel breakfast. They called 2x to verify that we were coming on the day of check in. That was a little annoying, especially because of the thick Middle Eastern accent of the person calling and the poor timing of the second call."

"The house had lots of room and good location. Coffee maker had mold in it. One bedroom none of the outlets worked. Owner didn’t know WiFi password. But the real downfall for me came after check out. I was charged 400 several days after leaving. Emailed owner through VRBO and he said it was an error and he would correct. He now has not responded to any emails so I have to go through my bank. Literally stole 400 for no reason. I have the email conversation where he admitted it should not have been charged to me. "

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"No one was available at the front desk so it took 20 mins to check in. Wash cloths and towels still looked dirty. Shower curtain fell on me once; tried to put it back up. Fell twice afterwards. Called front desk for help. No answer after 2 calls. They finally answered on the 3rd try but there was no "help" to fix the problem. They offered another room but I had already settled there."

"Wasn’t told when breakfast was available, 1st room not cleaned(dirty sheets, stains everywhere and food still in the fridge) second room not much better stains and dirty everything sticky and gross noisy air conditioner. We were too exhausted to try to get a different room again. Staff didn’t seem happy when we arrived or wanting a clean room. Very disappointed and this had 800 good reviews! Was the reviews real?"
