Our House is situated in a peaceful setting, with only a short drive to everything this area has to offer. Located in a quiet residental street of Raetihi, it is only 7 minutes drive from the Ski Resort Town Ohakune and 25 minutes drive to Turoa Skifield.
This lovely 3 bedroom home will meet all of your requirements. It has three generous sized bedrooms and it is very warm with floor, roof and wall insulation and double glazed windows. We do not turn heating off - it stays on the whole time during your stay, so when you come back from the slopes, you instantly warm up. There are also duvets and blankets on all beds.
It is a family friendly environment where you can relax in a great lounge combining living, dining and kitchen with quality chattels. Please note this is not a party house and families are preferred.
Our holiday batch has a full kitchen including toaster, kettle, microwave, stove with oven and large fridge/freezer. Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans are also supplied. We supply coffee, tea and sugar.
Modern bathroom has great shower pressure and instant hot water supplied from gas. It also has a double vanity and a washing machine. Toilet is a separate room to bathroom.
We have a 42" TV Screen in the living room and unlimited wifi.

Bedroom 1: x1 Queen Bed, x1 Single Bed
Bedroom 2: x1 Double Bed, x1 Single Bed
Bedroom 3: x1 Double Bed, x1 Single Bed
To maintain the standard of cleanliness and comfort for all visitors, there is a compulsory $70 cleaning fee per stay. This does not include dishes. Guests MUST take their rubbish with them. There is a refuse station in Ohakune where you can take rubbish. Recycling station is available at the end of the street - 100 meters from the house towards Ohakune (opposite petrol station).
There is also a linen charge of $20 per stay. Linen provided includes bath towels, tea towels, bath mat and hand towel as well as bed sheets and pillow cases.

Nice little place!
Nice little - well actually really big with lots of rooms :-) - quiet place not far at all from Wellington, Ohakune and Turoa. Raetihi is a little gem of a town too. Owner was really friendly and understanding (especially when we left a box of Duplo behind by accident). Really easy relaxed stay :-)

Cosy, warm and perfect place to stay for a skiing holiday
Raetihi is only 10 mins outside Ohakune and this place is a gem to stay. Great value for money compared to the houses available in Ohakune itself. So warm (heat pump), tons of space, great views of Mt Ruhapehu. Fully equiped kitchen, sky TV, WIFI and lovely and quiet. Would stay here again and again.

Very impressed with the standard of the property. The Sky TV was great for bad weather days as well as the many books to read and free wifi. The fridge failed a few days into the stay and Zorana was great and organised another one to be put in same day!
