The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Very close to the main square. Cute little room for a night or two. It was walkable from the train station but not so easy when you’re dragging your luggage behind you due to the cobblestone streets. The foyer of the building isn’t very attractive and needs a major facelift. A little sketchy looking. The room was bright and clean and adequate for our needs. An actual coffee maker would have been nice. They do provide instant and a coffee press but we didn’t care for it. We were able to wash our clothes and dry them which was a bonus. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Good location, apartments were clean, good value and spacious. Communication was very good. Most of the pictures on Expedia were not representative of the apartment we stayed in in Krotka1 one. The apartment was of a good standard although perhaps becoming in need of an update. It was well equipped, although the air conditioning didn't seem to work and had no instructions (not really a problem to us staying in March). The beds were hard and not the comfiest and the bathroom at times had an unpleasant drain smell. But overall our stay was positive.

The apartments were exactly like the photos, large airy warm, well equipped washer, dishwasher hairdryer tv, Netflix (own account) WiFi, really comfy close to the city, less than a 10 minute walk. Definitely 5 star and definitely worth the money
