In common with the house on the basement floor, there are exteriors and the entrance gate. A pedestrian gate with a driveway leads to the veranda of the house, which is furnished with a wicker lounge and equipped with awnings. The entrance is into a hallway from which one enters all other rooms. There are: an eat-in kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 2 double bedrooms , and 1 shower room. There is also a balcony at the back, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Air conditioning is located in the hallway. There are ceiling fans in the twin room and in one of the doubles. The nearest beaches are those of Baia Verde to the north and those of Torre San Giovanni to the south, both 8 km away. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
