Ein Mini Abzug gibt es wegen der Kissen die sind sehr riesig und geben nur bedingt nach, aber auch damit kann man sich arrangieren. "In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
