Wonderful fully renovated villa with 14x5 m pool, large green garden, direct access to the beach, wonderful sea view and tasteful pieces of furniture in a quiet highly secured area. Located between Rabat (15 km) and Casablanca (80 km) and 2 km from the motorway, it is less than 3 h by car from the biggest towns of Morocco. It is suitable for holidays with friends and children. The rental includes housekeeping staff.

Vacances parfaits à Skhirat
Très belle et grande maison, parfait pour une vacance en famille. La vue sur la mer depuis la maison et le jardin est fantastique. Le personnel est très gentil et nous a soigné avec des plats traditionnels. Communication avec Robert très facile et sur place avec Aouatef aussi.

Une valeur sure
Comme la fois dernière, nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette villa bien équipée, très bien aménagée et entretenue. Un jardin à l'avenant. Villa très bien située, en bord de mer, au calme. Un personnel très agréable et discret. Une mention spéciale pour Khadija, qui a merveilleusement assuré la garde des enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour de prochaines vacances en famille. Just like the previous time, we spent beautiful holidays in this vacation house well furnished and maintained. The garden is nice too. The villa is located on the waterfront , in a quiet surrounding. Very nice housekeeping personnel with a sense of our privacy. A special word for Khadija, who nursed the children so wonderfully. We will for sure come back for future vacation break. Madame et Monsieur Chaïb.

Maison et situation exceptionnelles.
Très belle villa, situation idyllique. Quel bonheur de vivre face à l’océan! Le spectacle des marées, les balades à marée basse, les couchers de soleil, les baignades, le bruit des vagues qui claquent,... une merveille!! Malika était aux petits soins pour nous en nous préparant de délicieux plats marocains avec chaque jour une surprise à nous faire déguster. Qu’une envie, y retourner :-) Catherine M

Toujours aussi ravie de cette prestation.
Nous y avons passés 10 jours au mois de juin 2018 nous étions 10 plus 1 bébé pour la 2 années nous y avions été très très content et cette année un grand plus avec la fibre optique . Nous avons passés un excellent séjour encore un grand merci à Aouitif et Mr Robert qui sont très opérationnel, très souple et réactif à la moindre demande je vous dit donc à l année prochaine inch'Allah voir avant.

Super séjour à la villa
Superbe villa, c' est la 2 ème année successive qu' on y séjourne, en moyenne 12 jours, tout y est fonctionnel, très bel espace, tés propre, le personnel Fatema qui s' occupe du ménage, linge, vaisselles, aide à la cuisine......, et Najib, entretien des espaces verts, piscine et quelques bricolage....sont très sympa et serviable et très discrets, on les voit presque pas. Depuis notre séjour l' année dernière, j' en parle à toute mes connaissances.

Un véritable miroir aux alouettes.../A real decoy...
Soit, la vue sur l’océan est magnifique et les volumes de la villa (et non du riad) sont conformes à la description. Nous saluons également le travail de Malika, Fatima et de Najib. Par contre, nous retiendrons un environnement sale et surtout bruyant, les villas aux alentours étant en rénovation avec toutes les nuisances que cela peut occasionner en journées. Bruyant également la nuit, avec aboiements, miaulements et chants de coqs dès 5h du matin.La plage est une véritable poubelle à ciel ouvert jonchée de plastiques, de verres cassés et d’immondices. Impossible de marcher sur le sable sans chaussure et de ce fait, très dangereuse pour les enfants.La villa quant à elle, est vieillissante et décatie. Elle manque d’entretien (prises électriques sorties des boîtiers là encore très dangereux pour les enfants, coussins tachés de rouille, canapés troués, literies et oreillers de mauvaises qualités, certains lits étant bricolés, odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain au rdc, portes de cuisine déglinguées, fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement (sous couvert de sécurité, on vous demande de baisser les volets pour la nuit), pas de lampes de chevet. Bref une villa pas bien nette du tout. Et pour couronner le tout, il n’y a jamais eu d’eau vraiment chaude dans la cuisine pendant le séjour, même après le rétablissement de sa production (à environ 25°). De ce fait, on peut aisément imaginer l’état de la cuisine, des équipements et les conditions de travail du personnel. Pour conclure, nous sommes restés avec l’impression de nous être faits avoir ! Nous NE RECOMMANDONS PAS cette villa aux personnes qui souhaitent un environnement de qualité. Indeed, the view on the ocean is magnificent and the volumes of the villa (and not of the riad) are in accordance with the description. We also greet the work of Malika, Fatima and Najib. Nevertheless, we shall retain a dirty and noisy environment, villas in the surroundings being in renovation with all the nuisances which it can cause.Noisy also at night, with barkings, mewings and singings of cocks from 5 am in the morning.The beach is a real open-air trash can sprinkled with plastics, with broken glasses. Impossible to walk in the sand without shoe and therefore dangerous for the children.The villa is decayed, lacking of maintenance. (see the list of issues above in French).To conclude, we stayed with the impression to have been had! We DO NOT recommand this villa to people who wish a quality environment

Relax with the beautiful sound of the atlantic
The mighty breaking waves of the atlantic are the perfect tune to a relaxing holiday. Every day is different. It’s a beautiful sound and a beautiful sight. We had a wonderful time with two families. Walking and playing on the beach, swimming and making small visits to Rabat. Staff is very nice and made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Ten days were over quick. Would have loved to stay longer.

Vacaciones excelentes
Unos días divertidos de playa, surf paseos a caballo, con el comfort the tener asistenta en casa y soporte de la propiedad. La casa tiene espacios excelentes, limpia con bonitas vistas. La distancia a Skhirat es pequeña, y desde ahí buenos accesos en tren a Rabat. El servicio excelente.
