The building is brand new and it consists of three modernly furnished apartments with free parking and sea view. This modern apartment is located only 300 meters from the beach. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building and it has a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room connected with a kitchen and dining room area, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom. A spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view is perfect for enjoying your morning coffe in shade, or simply resting and reading a book while enjoying the refreshing summer breeze. Everything you need is only a few minutes walk away, including a grocery store, a restaurant, bus station, pet-friendly beach. Guests can use shared garden with the barbecue. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Free private parking is provided on site. Small pets are allowed with prior notice. Rab is an island situated in a Kvarner bay, the biggest bay in the Adriatic sea. The island has been inhabited since ancient times, due to the many springs of drinking water which can be found all around the island. The streams of many Croatian rivers continue beneath the Adriatic sea and spring up very close to the surface on the island of Rab. Rab has had a history of tourism ever since the late 19th century, when it became a touristic destination alongside Opatija. Rab is the island with the most sandy beaches in Croatia, and it is a perfect for families with small children who are seeking their own little oasis. For all of the history lovers, definitely check out the ruins of the old Greek military fortress on the hill of St. Damian in Barbat. Park-forest Komrcar is great for a walk during a hot summer day, as the tall trees provide the much needed shade. If you own a boat, or book a tour, you can visit the 'Goli otok', which was one of the oldest Yugoslavian prisons. The Island Rab is very well connected to the mainland by a ferry. The ferry Stinica - Misnjak sails every hour, and you can also bring your car. Once you get to the island, the easiest way to get around is by a car to the island.
