Die Deutschkenntnisse sind ausreichend. Pkw-Stellplatz im Schatten oder unter Carport.Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Rab über teils steilen Weg problemlos möglich.
