In a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped heated (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase.
