Due to its quiet location in the Kvarner Bay and proximity to the nearest pebble beach (approx. 50 m), it is ideal for those who want to combine a beach holiday and relaxation with varied leisure opportunities. The accommodation extends over two levels and offers sufficient space for up to five people with 100 m². Two comfortable bedrooms are located in the lower area – both with double beds, one additionally with a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, which is particularly pleasant for families or friendly couples. A third bathroom is located in the upper living area. The open living and dining area is modern furnished and features a sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and kettle offers everything you need for self-catering. The washing machine in the unit is also practical. A highlight is the private terrace with sea view, equipped with a table and chairs for up to six people. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or enjoy mild summer evenings at sunset. WiFi and a private parking space directly at the house are also available. In the outdoor area of the house, guests will find a communally usable garden terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities.
