The accommodation is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home with five residential units and impresses with its bright, friendly atmosphere. On approximately 28 m², you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday: a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living and dining area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – the perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine.



The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 2-plate stove and a coffee machine - ideal for self-catering. Upon request, a communal grill is available in the outdoor area. In the lovingly designed garden, a pavilion with a bar, seating areas and shady spots invite you to linger. Chilled drinks and coffee (for a fee) provide refreshment.



A free car park is located directly at the house. Pets are warmly welcome, however a fee will be charged. A boat mooring can also be used upon request (chargeable, up to 8 m boat length).
