### Air-conditioned cozy, quiet, beautiful and loving apartment on the island of Rab

Description of the apartment  
 The Daisy apartment is on the ground floor and has 120 square meters. There are 3 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom with a balcony / terrace.  
 Bedroom 1: double bed, bathroom, toilet / bidet, (washing machine) and terrace. Bedroom 2: double bed, a single bed, toilet / shower with terrace. Bedroom 3: double bed, a sofa bed for 1-2 people, toilet / shower and terrace.   
Barbecue in the garden, parking spaces in the yard, entrance to the property.  
 The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet location for everyone, large families, groups with children, seniors and couples. Wififree internet, two satellite TVs, air conditioning, two barbecues.  
 Suitable for cyclists and disabled wheelchair users. Dog friendly accommodation. Enclosed garden. Boat trailers can be parked free of charge at the house.   
Quiet holiday home with two large apartments for 6 to 17 people, large garden incl. Playground made for a relaxing family vacation. Both apartments are air-conditioned, offer satellite TV, air conditioning and free WiFi. The house is located in the heart of the island of Rab, in the tranquil village of Palit, very close to Rab town. The house is cozy and is in a quiet and convenient location. It is only a short walk to the old town of Rab with all its winding streets and great sights. The fenced garden offers a children's playground with swings, a terrace with garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, loungers, two grills (charcoal and gas grill), outdoor sink, outdoor shower, parking spaces and trailer parking spaces. Guests of the house can feel at home.  
  
Notes: We expect you personally at the house on your arrival. (Keys on hand with a welcome greeting) The beds are made, towels are provided and Wifi Free included. The price of the apartment depends on the number of people, the time of year, and desired dates. In the event of short-term availability, we also rent our apartment for shorter stays.

#### Rollstuhlfreundlich

Das Objekt hat eine schöne geräumige Terasse. Der Hof ist groß und hat genug Platz zum Parken. Die EG-Whg ist rollstuhlfreundlich. Das große Bad ist gut für Rollifahrer zugänglich. Die 2 kleinen Bäder etwas eng, aber mit schmalem AktivRolli auch benutzbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut deutsch.
