You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### A romantic Mediterranean apartment

Our apartment is on the ground floor and it is large over 80m2 and decorated in a romantic Mediterranean style.  
The apartment has a large terrace of approx. 20 m2 with table and chairs.  
The apartment has two bedrooms (each room has a double bed and a single bed), living room, a kitchen decorated in chabby chic style, a bathroom with toilet and a large hall.  
The offer of apartments is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, blender, deep fryer, grill, bed linen, towels, TV, bicycles, cot, toys, a small table and chairs for children, baby chair ....  
There is a large balcony in front of the house.  
The apartment is comfortably furnished with great taste and a touch of artistic expression.  
There is a parking lot behind the house.  
Around the house is a garden with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, immortelle, lavender, bay leaves ... and two 100-year-old olive trees.  
The beach is about 80 m (2-3 minutes slow walk). There is a small trail to the beaches. The beaches are sandy and have shade.  
Near the beach there are mini restaurants where you can get something to eat or buy an ice cream ....  
We still have an apartment on the first floor, No. 2625646

#### Prostoren apartman blizu plaže

Prostoren aprtman 80 m od plaže, z vsemi potrebnimi pripomočki za bivanje družine 14 dni. Zelo smo uživali v druži zelo prijaznih lastnikov. Blizu mesta Rab, kamor smo se odpravili peš ali s kolesi, ki so navoljo pri lastnikih. Zelo smo uživali na dopustu.

#### sehr verschmutzt, unzumutbare Zustände, keine "Romantische Wohnung"

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, sehr schmutzig, Bett sehr verschmutzt mit Flecken u. Krümeln und Urinspuren auf dem Matratzenschoner, Fußboden schon länger nicht geputzt, Küche sehr stark verschmutzt, Türen klebten an den Fingern und nach öffnen hingen manche schief, Kühlschrank sauber und neuwertig, Badezimmer akzeptabel, Terrasse wie beschrieben und groß genug, 1 Erwachsenenfahrrad fahrbereit, Herd schrottreif und ebenfalls verschmutzt, Backofen schrottreif, eingebrannter Schmutz, auch nach gündlichem Putzen wäre der Zustand nicht verbesserbar, Dustabzugshaube schrottreif und übelst verschmutzt, keine Kaffemaschine, Kaffeetassen schmutzig zusammengewürfelte Unikate mit teilweise Sprüngen, kein Meerblick, keine Klimaanlage, Balkontüren nicht schließbar daher Wohnung nicht sicher, muffiger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung der auch duch Lüften nicht verschwand, zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung waren bewohnt von einer netten alten Frau welche jedoch von außen Zugang dazu hatte. Dann in der Nacht Mäuse in der Küche die Vorräte anknabberten, wegen Hauptsaison 2 Nächte dort verbracht dann mit Glück andere Wohnung gefunden. Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr nett, wollte Zustand verbessern, hat gleich Kaffeemaschiene besorgt, konnten jedoch Zustand so nicht akzeptiern. Sabine L.

#### Family friendly spacious appartment

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was always cool during the day and we could sit outside on the lovely shaded leafy balcony. The location was perfect - close to the seafront and promenade with cafes, ice cream etc.. We made use of the bicycles and cycling along the promenade between the small beaches to Rab town was a highlight. Ivana, her family and neighbour Nada were very kind and welcoming. They Could not have been more helpful. We would recommend it to any family looking for warm Croatian hospitality in a very pleasant seaside resort on Rab island.
