"Great location, 20 minutes from Sedona. Cabin was rustic and had all the necessities. There were also some very thoughtful items like to-go cups and sandwich bags. The cabin was extremely clean. I also have no idea what the other reviews about the hot water mean- the water got plenty hot in the shower or otherwise. You can hear others from the house next door but it’s not loud."

"It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either."

"The house was clean and the communication was great. The only improvement could be in the kitchen and lighting. They could improve the kitchen utensils. It was a bit challenging when cooking meals. Lamps ands brighter light bulbs would help. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they seemed to be in good shape. "

"The host Amy was awesome to deal with communications or spot on. The property is nice and quite very clean. They were installing a hot tub or spa while we were there. We never heard or seen any other workers so I’m not sure how they install that without bothering us I would definitely recommend this to anybody that would like a nice quiet place to stay. The amenities were awesome. They had games that the kitchen was well stocked with saran wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, Ziploc baggies, pots, and pans, and a lot of silverware."
