I have checked in to this hotel three times now. It's my favourite for the Muğla area near the hospital. It is conveniently located on the main road from Muğla to Fethiye. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've worked some way through their menu, and everything has been delicious. It has been nice to relax at the bar with a quiet beer. There is good WiFi and it's handy having the Shell garage next door for fuel and snacks. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel through Expedia and specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that no breakfast was included in our reservation, despite having paid for it. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which made the stay even more frustrating. We expected much better service and coordination between the hotel and booking platforms. Having to argue about services that were already paid for is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
