Room was comfortable and had a nice view, but although the shower was in the bathtub the design was such that water got all over the floor. I booked a massage but the spa and the front desk (right down the hall) couldn't agree on how I would pay and I got so frustrated I walked off. No beach towels or special seating on the beach. There are some sunbeds (no cushions) on the beach very near the hotel and I always got one of those free. I ordered from room service a few times and the food was pretty good. There's no menu in the room so one must look at the menu in front of the restaurant and then go to the room to call or ask the front desk staff to call to make sure the kitchen understands the order. Hotel is in a great location, close to beach and central to town. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff friendly. Good value for money. One disappointment I had emailed the hotel several times prior to our arrival to try and organise an airport pick up. I never received any response to my emails. The deep-pile patterned carpet and creepy hallway music made it feel a bit like 'The Shining', but in a good way. Very clean, nice staff plus awesome sea view, which we could enjoy from our (comfortable) bed.
