Bright suite, with direct view of the Republic of Salvador, the most commercial street in Quito. You will be close to restaurants and shops, but in a safe and quiet location.
Ideal for executives, where their business meetings are nearby, and for tourists, since they have excellent communication routes, for example, to the historic center.
The building is new, with 24 hour guardianship, and surveillance cameras in common areas.
The apartment consists of an equipped kitchenette, dining room, sofa, social bathroom, bedroom with double bed and full bathroom. TV consists of Netflix and wifi throughout the apartment. Located on the sixth floor, with a frontal view of the avenue. Sparkly.
Guests can make use of all the spaces and services that the department has.
Gym, community terrace and jacuzzi.
