"I arrived at the property and was informed that I wasn't on their system, leaving me in a foreign country and city with nowhere to stay. It took a week to get the money back and hours of communication."

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"The room was great! The only downside was that there were not enough towels (hand, face, bath), and no paper towels for the kitchen. The building itself was beautiful and very modern- I loved that they had their own laundry room (SO USEFUL🙏). They do have very strict rules when it comes to using the pool, steam room, and sauna. Make sure you RSVP for each one you’d like to use. The host was very responsive and helpful!"

We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...
