"This is a very well located hotel, near La Carolina park, lots of restaurants and a metro stop. The rooms are comfortable and the staff extremely efficient and helpful. The only thing that surprised me was that there is no heating in the rooms BUT, even on a chilly, rainy day, we were just fine. And the price was unbeatable!"

"Check in was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade to a suite on the 7th floor at no extra charge. It was great after a long travel day that the in-house restaurant was open until 10 pm. The cappuccino and cheese cake was much appreciated and well presented, but just okay in quality. The suite was huge, had a fridge and coffee area, wonderful big bathroom and king size super comfy bed. The air ventilation system was a little noisy. The entire room was spotless! A buffet...
