About distance to Treviso, well, it isn't far away even for who doesn't have a car, and it is very easy to get from Villa Griselda because the bus 55 runs every 30 min. to the centre of Treviso, anyway hopefully as you said you had a car. Dear guest, I apologize because the overbooking, it was definitely my fault, but it is also true that I called immediately Expedia to try to solve the problem moving one of you in another B&B 500 meters from mine, or if you didn't like the proposal you could cancel, the problem is that you didn't answer .so I waited you until the 1:15 in the night,(it seemed a very unpolite behavior because check in is from 12-9 pm), if you wanted to arrive at that time you should at least call because it is a B&B with no reception. I could add that I advice you that check out time is at 10.00 am because another guests were arriving, and you left the room at 11.15 so I had to pay an extra time to the person to clean up the room. Let say that I had never had an experience like that before . I am very proud about the reviews I've got , no one has been unsatisfied being here, Thanks anyway. .15

Infatti non è stato possibile annullare il primo giorno del suo soggiorno perché come da regolamento è cosi, anche per Noi come struttura è poco il tempo materiale per riaffittare la stanza che ormai era pronta de mezzogiorno per Lei. Good evening Mr. ALEKSANDR!! I've carefully read your negative comment toward me and my activity. I'm sorry but I don't agree with you when you mention that I've written the positive reviews what it isn't true, the only ones that can write reviews are all guests that have stayed in my hotel and fortunately 98% are very satisfied about being in B&B Villa Griselda. Regarding the 0,5 bottle of water, it is true, but it is also true that the bottle is completely FREE, whne in other places you havbe to pay an extra charge for it. About the toilette paper, well you only had to open the cabinet and there you could find extra toilette paper. I can sadly see that you write the negative review with the purpose to offend my person because I didn 't let you do whatever you wanted, sorry but we have some restrictions that are well showm in the web, so I DON'T HIDE anything, i'd like to mentyion that my experience heading this B&B has been very nice, it isn't easy because I have to try hard to make all my guest comfortable, with you was different because of the way you behaved horning the claxon without getting off of your car (it seemed completely unpolite). Anyway, hope next time you read perfectly before you book some terms and regulations, Sincerely, GRISELDA
