I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout.
