Come relax at this cottage. Located within walking distance to the Trent River and close to a boat launch. For your convenience, kitchen appliances, dishware, pots and pans, utensils, linens, towels and more. This 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is in an ideal location; not only is it great for fishing, also located just a short drive from major cities and charming towns. Just a short scenic drive to several beaches including Sandbanks, Presqu'il Beach and North Beach, Antique shops, Wineries in Prince Edward County, Local Restaurants and the National Air Force Museum of Canada. Many golf places nearby and marinas.
There is also Shoreline Casino in Belleville which is a short drive away. Big boxes stores are nearby, such as Walmart, LCBO, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, Canadian Tire and many others.
