Our beautiful fully furnished 3 bdrm cozy family cottage is nested in a quiet residential area near all year round outdoor activities. It's 20 mins drive to white sand beaches, wineries and more. \- Fast reliable Fiber Bell internet \- Provincial park pass \- Gas BBQ \- 4 mins to boat dock \- 4K smart 55” Roku TV \- Large memorable backyard \- Large Parking for RV, boat, etc. \- Ensuite washer/dryer \- Back up generator and water softener \- No parties, no smoking, no pets, no unregistered guests allowed Looking to work from home? We have fast reliable Bell Fiber internet, monitor with HDMI cable, desk lamp with USB charger in a private room. The 3 bedrooms home is furnished with comfortable beds: 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, and a foldable bed with a couch. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! There is a lot of cute cafes and restaurants around. The living room is furnished with a smart 55" 4K TV with Roku where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. As I mentioned earlier, our location is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.) You'll have access to the entire home except the basement suite which is locked.
