The property was clean, accessible and well maintained. The staff were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Although the property is a wee distance from the town, the regular free shuttle bus into town was very handy and helpful meaning there was no limitation or cost to getting into town and beyond.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel—from the front office to the kitchen and every server—were absolutely phenomenal\. Everyone was kind, helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for\.
Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to find the answer and help us in every way they could\. Their hospitality truly made our stay special\.
The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and in a very convenient location\. If I could give this hotel six stars, I absolutely would\!
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience\. ❤️

"This was the most gorgeous hotel and we had such a lovely stay here. The pool is truly spectacular, set right in the cliff. The beach club was so special... we didn't want to leave!
