Einen separaten Wohn-/Essraum gibt es nicht. Optimal für Familie mit Kindern oder 5 Erwachsene. Es gibt einen großen Garten und einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Haus liegt außerhalb am Stadtrand, direkt vor der Tür ist aber eine Bushaltestelle, mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum, zum nächsten großen Supermarkt gerade mal 3 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Küchenausrüstung ist eher dürftig, Kochen für vier Personen war eine Herausforderung. Wir mussten einen großen Kochtopf kaufen, um Nudeln zu kochen (wir haben ihn dann dort gelassen). Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden, große Töpfe, Sieb/Durchschlag, scharfe Messer, Schneidebretter und vollständiges Geschirr würden hier schon einen großen Unterschied machen.
