    - A 47 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
    - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
    - Shower room and WC

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

    Outside:
    - A 40 m² north-east-facing terrace to enjoy the sunny days.

    The flat is ideally located in Quimper, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

I was disappointed with my stay here. Our train arrived late (9:30pm) and we were able to self check in (much appreciated). To my alarm, the oven was filled with broken glass and broken glass on the floor. There was a vacuum and sweeper left out in the living room as if the housekeeper quit in the middle of the job. We found a large (golf ball size) clot of hair blocking the shower drain as well. It was after hours and too late contact the local property manager. I contacted the rental management by email around 3am because I really didn't want to be charged for damage that I didn't do. I wondered the whole time if I was being scammed. In the morning I tried to call the local manager (to no avail) and emailed her. I never received any response. The location was good. I had a place to sleep for 3 nights; but the disregard I received was disappointing.

Dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour, TOUTEFOIS :Bien que celà soit independant de votre volonté, il faut admettre que se garer dans le quartier relève de la performance ...Nous ne comprenons pas le peu de vaisselle laissé à disposition : En tout 4 assiettes, quelques grands verres, 1 poële, une casserole, une passoire, quelques couverts et quelques tasses et bols ... Pas de documentations sur Quimper (nous en avons rapporté de l'Office de Tourisme)Nous avons quand même passé une bonne semaine.
