Les points positifs : très calme, de beaux volumes et beaucoup de lumière, et tout proche de la Côte Sauvage. Le lieu est proche de l'embarcadère, nous n'avons pas besoin de prendre de voiture (si l'on marche bien), c'est donc plus pratique car il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer.
