"L'instant present" - Family house near Grande Plage

This comfortable 110 m² residential house enjoys beautiful spaces and an ideal location 100 meters from the Grande Plage and 1300 meters from the city center.

You will find on the ground floor:

A large dining room with large picture windows

- a stay with TV (with tNT and Cable France Sat)

a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle

- a bedroom of 14 m² with 1 bunk bed 140 x 190 cm downstairs and 90cm upstairs

a laundry room with dryer and washing machine

A separate toilet

A room to park bikes or store sports equipment

Upstairs :

a 15 m² bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed

- a 10 m² bedroom with a 140 cm it and a 90 x 200 cm bed

- a 12m2 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a sink

- a bathroom with bathtub

a separate toilet

The house is equipped with Wifi

All rooms are equipped with wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

The house is surrounded by a 500 meter garden with trees and fenced. It is possible to park a car there.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by Marie Ty'Accueil, who I call to make an inventory and give you the keys to the house.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Arrival: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. // Departure: 10:00 a.m.

Bed linen is not provided (duvets and pillows are available)

Marie can prepare the beds on request (20 euros per bed)

A deposit of 500 € will be requested on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no deterioration is noted.

You can choose the cleaning option (120 €) to specify. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!

Animals are not allowed.

The house can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights.
