Located in Quiberon Saint Julien, this freshly renovated traditional house with taste offers an exceptional living environment combining the charm of a fisherman\\'s house and high-quality interiors. Exceptional services in a rare location close to the chapel and the beaches. Very friendly, it will be the ideal base to spend an unforgettable holiday and discover the region in the best conditions, with family or friends. Nestled in the centre of the village of St Julien, this traditional house consists on the ground floor of a large common room (living room, dining room and kitchen) with a south-facing exposure opening onto the private terrace, a toilet and a very nice shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom make up a very comfortable sleeping area. This house combines sweetness, elegance and tradition. Here, no internet: Wifi is replaced by conviviality and serenity. A warm house! From the house, you can reach the beach and the coastal path (GR34) on foot in 5 minutes. The town centre of Quiberon is accessible in a few minutes by bike or on foot via the coastal path.
