In sostanza l'appartamento non era quello prenotato. All'agenzia, a cui ci siamo rivolti per spiegazioni, ci hanno detto che l'appartamento era quello e basta. Non vero: al momento della prenotazione (marzo) sul sito di VRBO c'era una serie di foto relative all'appartamento di fianco e non si menzionava che gli appartamenti erano 2: infatti c'era solo una referenza. L'agenzia locale (Interhome) ha subito detto che loro non erano responsabili nei nostri confronti. Ci hanno chiesto presso chi avevamo prenotato e quando abbiamo Detto Vrbo hanno detto che non sapevano e non conoscevano questa agenzia e perchè ci presentavamo da loro, quando la stessa Interhome aveva mandato i documenti di viaggio. Il comportamento è stato sgradevole, maleducato e prepotente per tutto il periodo, durante il quale abbiamo avuto disservizi da parte loro. Tanto che siamo partiti 4 giorni prima.
