Room was super clean, modern and fit me perfectly. The front desk staff Judith Katherine was super helpful when I arrived late at night. She explained everything in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She really went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and check in. House keeping was also very helpful since I didn’t want any service and they respected it. The night security guard was the sweetest always smiling and welcoming when I went in and out. Overall as a solo female traveler on my very first solo trip this hotel and staff was the best.

"While the staff, facilities, and amenities were all exceptional, our experience was unfortunately marred by the lack of soundproofing in the guest rooms. The hotel is bright, modern, and impeccably clean; however, the thin walls offer very little acoustic privacy from neighbouring rooms. It is a disappointing drawback for such an otherwise high-quality property. If not for the noise issues, this would easily be a 10/10 stay."
