Staff made the place. Warm and welcoming and nothing but helpful.
Cleaning was okay but so mixed in regards to timings. One day 10am next 4pm. The cleaners were lovely but kept having to vacate the room so they could clean.
Room was basically, but had a leak, when reported , was told its a condensation issue. But for a fact it was a leak..
Room.service was good and efficient but was costly. Portions were a good size and food was excellent. But compared to outside of the hotel. It was a lot more expensive.
