Our family of 15 spent the week at this beautiful house and loved everything about it! It was nice to have room to spread out and the rooms were very spacious. Jorge was AMAZING helping organize our week for us (excursions, transportation, chefs, etc.) We all enjoyed all the wildlife especially the white faced monkeys that visited every morning and evening. There are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from but I would encourage you to hire the chefs at least several times as they made wonderful meals at a very reasonable price. Every morning we were awakened by howler monkeys calling out from nearby trees, and we saw so many beautiful tropical birds. Mark is an exceptional host and it was such a pleasure meeting him! The lovely villa is spacious and suited to hosting a group. The setting with an ocean view and plants is beautiful. We spent hours in the pool and were able to see three types of monkeys and many birds from the patio. Slyvia, the housekeeper quietly kept our rooms clean and the pool guy maintained the pool daily in the early hours. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores and the public bus. Jorge, the concierge, made trip planning very easy. He provided information and coordinated everything. We chose several adventures: catamaran, Campesines waterfall, zipline and a mangrove tour. Chef Germaine made four delicious dinners for us.
