Perfect vacation rental
Made for big families, this vacation rental was perfect. Plenty of space, amazing pool, right in the middle of the jungle, with perfect sunset view. The whole family loved it, we would recommend it without any doubt!
The home was beautiful. The pool overlooked the mountains and was stunning. It was close to town. The only downside is that I wish it were more walkable. Just a note, the bedrooms had AC but the main living space did not. It wasn't uncomfortable because of the fans. It was a lovely place to stay.

Room for improvement
Overall enjoyed our stay here. Great location, very nice pool, well equipped kitchen. Communication from Vacasa contact needs to be better, home would benefit from some minor repairs, WiFi speed could be raised. Main room gets hot, but that's by design.

Amazing
We were in awe of this property, absolutely beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. Very clean and although in jungle, no issues with bugs. Pool is perfect to relax. Pool towels are provided. Beds very comfortable with great bedding and plenty of pillows. It is a little tricky going up from main gate the first time, but if you look at map on Vacasa it is very accurate/left and all the way to top. Look for the green roof. You will pass several properties. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning which is perfect. Best vacation for family of travelers! Highly recommend@
Overall, nice place. 20 mins from National park and beaches. Very clean. Nice rooms and decor. Check in process was very rocky. They also sent us to the wrong location. The doors on the locks were broken and the alarm went off when we arrived. The air conditioning in one of the rooms wouldn't turn down and non of the TVs worked. The property manager would respond to issues so they were eventually resolved.

Beautiful home with all the amenities
First of all, this home is very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. It feels much more like a real home than a rental - the furniture is nice and original, the beds big and comfy and the amenities are great. This home has everything including lots of room for families, towels, shampoo, everything you need! The pool is a perfect temperature and also a great place to see things. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we had spotted iguanas, a troop of monkeys, macaws and a toucan. The only downsides of this rental is that it’s a bit remote (which is great if that’s what you’re looking for) but it’s not so easy to find or to pop out for a meal after dark, etc. The great thing about a well stocked kitchen meant that we could cook dinners at home. The traffic noise from the highway below is a little overwhelming at times though and the view of the ocean is very distant. This is a great spot however if you are looking to get away from it all!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Views!
My family and I were very comfortable during our stay at this home! It was very spacious and everything was well stocked. The kitchen was filled with every utensil and pan you could think of, which is always so nice when cooking in a new kitchen! The house was very clean and orderly. The backyard was a dream with the amazing infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking jungle. We even had monkey visitors early one morning! We also saw toucans, macaws, and other fun birds throughout our stay. We only had one slight issue with the freezer, which never fully worked for us and the door got stuck multiple times. But it was hardly an issue with everything being perfect during our stay. The host was very swift in her responses to our needs and making sure we were comfortable. Make sure to map out the directions ahead of time with the host because it is kind of a tricky location to access, but I can promise that this home is worth the drive!

Lovely retreat in Quepos
Our group really enjoyed this lovely house and pool. We had ample room, the a/c for those who wanted it, the pool and kitchen- we had all we needed.
Entry at the gate required pushing the center button to get it to work, and the house is tricky to find initially inside the gate. It is well worth it to stay in this beautiful house.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
The property has a great advantage in its location. Fantastic views and secluded position. A great place to enjoy a private vacation with family and friends. Close to national parks, beaches, and waterfalls! The house needs significant improvement at this point. It would really benefit from improving/upgrading the air conditioning system and removing/replacing some old (and smelly) furniture inside and outside the house. Having an outdoor dining table would be a plus. The sliding doors are malfunctioning and falling apart. The location is good, the view is great, but if you constantly smell strong and unpleasant odors inside the house and hear the noise of the old air conditioner and fan, your enthusiasm dramatically declines... Also, having a clear map (not just a bunch of photos with confusing handwritten arrows) of the roads leading to the property would really improve the service experience and help future customers.
This place was better than the pictures say and we really recommend this place.

Perfect place
We really enjoyed our vacaciones, it’s a perfect place to stay. Close to the beach, really private home with a nice pool we will defenetly get back next year. Thanks for the attention. We have the opportunity to see the monkeys and lapas.
Yes, the house is beautiful. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and was clean when we arrived. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end—and everything that followed completely ruined the stay. I genuinely had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. To start, finding the house was a complete nightmare. The location is extremely difficult to navigate to, and the directions provided were vague and unhelpful. When we tried reaching out to the host for assistance, communication was minimal and his instructions were unclear. We were left sending photos back and forth of the street we were on as the host leisurely responded with vague instructions. We were left scrambling to figure things out on our own, which set a very frustrating tone from the start.Once inside, the problems just kept piling up. Most of the air conditioning units didn’t work, leaving several rooms miserably hot and uncomfortable. The showers were a disaster—barely any pressure, and the temperature constantly swung from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. Taking a simple shower felt like a challenge. Then, without warning, the power went out. Completely. No storm, no explanation—just total darkness. It happened twice, and this time we received no support or communication from the host whatsoever. This place may look nice in pictures, but looks are deceiving. The experience ruined the beauty of the home and I would not recommend it to others.
