The place is two floors, on the first floor two large apartments and second floor three apartments, this one that is announced is an apartment on the second floor that has a room, a bathroom, dining room and kitchen area, an area for eat, kitchen utensils, internet and TV.  
THERE IS NO DAILY CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE RATE, if you occupy cleaning some extra day in your stay you will be charged an additional $ 30 for the cleaning service and change of sheets for each day that you request extra.  
We have two parking spaces within the property for small cars, which have an additional cost per night.
