Our family of 4 loved staying at Andria's place! Both the main house and the casita have a spacious, bright and modern feel. The large glass windows provide beautiful views of the forest. We saw a lot of wild life from the patios, including 3 different kinds of monkeys and toucans. The neighborhood felt safe and is a short drive away from beaches and the NP entrance. Main house has 2 bedrooms and each has a bathroom, plus a living room and kitchen. The view is expansive of the pool and jungle. Casita is large studio with kitchenette, living area, bed and bathroom. The expansive windows make you feel as though you are in a tree house. Wildlife is a daily activity from monkeys, toucans, macaws, other birds and butterflies! The negative is you can’t walk to anything, driving to beach, town, restaurant and stores is a must. 4 wheel drive would be helpful, house has steep driveway and road is dirt/gravel with inclines. Also, view is only jungle, no beach view. Drive to beach or Quepos or Manuel Antonio is only 10 minutes. Positive experience with a pleasant owner plus helpful property manager, Chris. ##### Adele G.
