Hotel Classique
Stayed in a 2 family room that was very damaged, and the air conditioning was broken. I was surprised that there was such a room there because I never had this kind of issue with Hotel Classique over the years. Weekend was saved by the very helpful and responding staff.

Hotel Manoir Victoria
The property is very clean, perfectly located within old Quebec, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Please be warned there is a larger flight of stairs to climb from the entrance to the lobby - which may be a challenge for some. But the entry and exit aside, the hotel was fabulous.

Hotel Universel
Good for families with children. All together the hotel was very run down, not soundproof at all, we could hear kids running and screaming in the hallways the entire trip which was not relaxing at all.
