David is very thoughtful, kind and a top notch host! We love the cute and cozy apartment, plenty of supplies in beautiful conditions. He is very detailed oriented. To help us understand the parking, he wrote detailed notes and also sent pictures of the parking space, how to open the garage door and where to retrieve the remote control… location is so convenient with only 8-10 mins driving to Old Quebec City. Plenty of crepes cafe, restaurant just nearby the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend David to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Quebec!
