The staff was very helpful and parking was convenient. We used our vehicle to drive most places but took advantage of the bus transit to go into Old Quebec for the day - the bus stop was at the end of the hotel driveway.

The room and the hallways are in very poor condition. There is a serious lack of maintenance — the carpets, walls, and ceilings are damaged or badly patched. It feels like walking into a low-budget motel from the 1970s. There is no room service, and the restaurant hours are very limited. The only decent aspect is the service at the restaurant and the front desk.

A basic hotel: nothing particularly luxurious. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Beds were comfy. The shower was wonderful!!! One small criticism was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no option for the tea-drinkers among us. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Everything was great, not overly fancy but clean, quiet and easy parking and pet friendly. The only thing for myself is I needed an extra pillow and it was long for me to get through to the front desk, a couple of times I was disconnected. I was persistent and finally succeeded.

The hotel and room was clean. We had a nice big king room with a great view. The restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays so had to look elsewhere. Breakfast was not included but offered in the restaurant for $22 plus tax. We were disappointed that there was no coffee (only Nespresso) available in the room. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
