Only problem was the very steep and long stairs to the 2nd ( really third) floor. It’s very narrow and hard to get a suitcase up. Ask for a room on a lower floor. Property was nice, great location and very clean. Would Recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Quebec city. The room was beautifully decorated and the communication was very easy through messaging. We initially had some issues with the water pressure in the shower, but we ended up resolving it ourselves. Great stay

If you are looking for an accommodation that is centrally located, visually appealing, clean, comfortable, cozy, and of incredible character, then this hotel is for you! It is a hop, skip, and jump from old Quebec and its amazing history, shops, and eateries. On your short walk to Old Quebec (turning right from the hotel), you will see beautiful historical buildings and landmarks, as well as many eateries. Avenue Cartier, one block to the left, with it’s beautiful lamp shade street lights, also has many shops, eateries, and places where you can buy groceries. We found this hotel ideally located, and with amazing service. They personalize your stay and experience, keeping in constant contact and always working for you to have an incredible experience.

There is no hosting staff. The communication and checkin are done remotely. But, they are highly responsive. The instructions are easy and simple. There are cleaning and engineering staff that are available for help. The location is just right... just close enough that it is comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Super Clean Big room , there is kitchen in lobby area Nice Boutique Hotel , Nice decor In quiet but very central area, lots of restaurants . Excellent location. Price is affordable compare to another Beds are awesome Left our bags after check out behind staff room . Easy to communicate thru text . Make sure your phone handy . When we got there , put in code , it didnt work but texted them , they figured it out promptly No staff , no biggy Excellent!!!!
